Early Bird MOT Special Offer details

 

From time to time we send out Early Bird MOT Special Offers to specific existing customers.

 

We use these offers to promote MOTs away from busier times to when we have more capacity. This benefits our customers so they have more choice on when to book their test and also the opportunity to spread their motoring costs throuigh the year, so for example the road tax and MOT fall at a different time of year to the insurance renewal.

 

The new MOT certificate will be issued with the expiry date 12 months from the date of the MOT test, unless there is an existing test certificate due to expire within the next 4 weeks in which the additional days will be credited to the anniversary. The Early Bird deal will often mean that the car is tested earlier than the earliest date for presentation on the existing certificate. This is the trade-off with the special offer, however the price discount will generally be greater than the pro-rata monthly cost of an MOT test, as well as offering the convenience of arranging a test slot away from the busiest times of year.
